Entering this hotel, we were warmly welcomed by a lovely receptionist who gave us a free upgrade to a deluxe room. the room was immaculate and equipped with all we needed, including a mini-bar that was refilled daily. Luxurious amenities fulfilled our needs, which made it nearly impossible to leave the cozy bed. the staff went above and beyond, welcoming us with a complementary glass of champagne on the stunning rooftop terrace. The hotel's prime location, right next to the Mansion House Tube Station, and the exceptional service provided made us feel at home and left us wanting to return. Cons: While staying in this lovely hotel, we only had one minor issue with the limited food options available on the terrace, which were not sufficient when we returned quite late one evening. this is a minor issue and did not detract from our overall experience.

Great location, just a short walk from the nearest tube station. Room service was quick and food selection was good. Spotlessly clean room with comfortable bed. Exceptional staff who went out of their way to help.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We were impressed by the high-tech amenities in the room, like the heated bathroom floors and dimmed lights. When we had an issue with our Apple TV, the staff quickly moved us to a new room. The location was great and the staff were professional and accommodating. we had an amazing experience and would definitely return.

We loved this hotel's location, right next to a tube station. It was so convenient and made it easy to get around this bustling city. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful rooftop terrace and restaurant. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The location of this hotel is excellent, with easy access to popular attractions such as St Paul's Cathedral, the theatre district, and the Southbank. The room was spacious and quiet, providing a comfortable night's sleep. The bathroom was lovely, with luxurious toiletries and robes. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of options. the complimentary soft drinks and snacks were a nice touch, adding to the overall positive experience.

The lifts were reportedly temperamental, causing some inconvenience during the stay.

The hotel had amazing facilities, including a stunning rooftop bar, a delicious Izakaya restaurant, and a cozy 1920s-themed Do Not Disturb bar. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special, even leaving a little touch in our room. The studio suite room was extra luxurious and perfect for our special occasion.

The hotel's interiors were fine, from the reception area to the rooftop bar. The location was also very convenient, with a nearby underground stop, made it easy to explore the city. The view from my 5th floor room was quite nice, even though it was partially blocked by a church. the rooftop view was lovely and not crowded at all, perfect for enjoying drinks and food.

The check-in experience was quite awkward and stressful. The receptionist didn't provide any information about the facilities or when payment would be taken, leading to confusion.
